As with our clients, we believe in promoting strong relationships with our workforce and this is exemplified by the fact that most of our key personnel and many of our shop floor staff have been with our company since its inception in 1993. We believe that a well established work force creates a much more conducive working atmosphere, understands established systems better and leads to higher productivity.

Social, Ethical and Environmental Initiatives

We uphold, endorse and promote high social and ethical standards and actively endorse initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility along the entire supply chain. We also encourage the development of environmentally friendly technologies. In our efforts to uphold the right to work for all, we have set up a fully staffed crèche on our factory premises to care for the children of working parents.
